To install, unzip the file in your Windows directory, then double-click the .reg file and install the registry changes. This should just add the button to your toolbar automatically, but if it doesn't you can add it by hand by right-clicking the toolbar and choosing "Customize..."
The Cache Simplifier will also be added to your Tools menu automatically
